After two months of application online, it was a pleasant surprise to receive a text message from #ONEdigital that I have been selected to attend the digital training programme sponsored by the Managing Director of Niger Delta Development Commission, Obong Nsima Ekere, on Friday and Saturday being 21st and 22nd September, 2018.
On arrival at the La' Sien Event Centre, venue of the digital training by 7.30am on Friday, I was shocked that there were some participants who arrived before me. The accreditation was seamless and the training proper started at about 11.00am.
The focus of day one was on blogging and the resource person, Mr. Philip Obin, left no stone un-turn in impacting the lives of the participants. The training will end in Uyo on Saturday with stipends and one year free mentorship to successful participants.
