Ekiti State Governor, Mr. Ayodele Fayose, has threatened to quit Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
His threat to defect from the party comes barely 24hours after the party's National Convention which saw the emergence of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar as its presidential flagbearer, took place in Port-Harcourt, Rivers State.
In a chat with Punch today, Governor Fayose said he would renounce his “membership of the PDP anytime from now. After consultations, I will speak clearly to Nigerians.”
