MAN, 71, DEFILES 3-YEAR-OLD GIRL

 71-year-old man has allegedly defiled a

three-year-old girl in Sakubita compound in Livingstone, Southern province of Zambia.

The named man, a Security Guard, is alleged to have defiled the girl last Thursday, October 18, around 15 hours in his house.

Police Spokesperson Esther Katongo has

confirmed the development to ZNBC News in Livingstone in a telephone interview.

Ms. Katongo says police have detained the suspect to help with further investigations.
